Exchange, Return, Cancellation, and Warranties

HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE, RETURN, OR CANCELLATION?

To make any change, return, or cancellation it is MANDATORY to fill out the request form that you will find HERE and we will contact you to manage it.

In case of making a change, return, or cancellation WITHOUT FILLING OUT THE REQUEST, all transport and customs fees will be charged directly to the customer.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN?

ORDERS PLACED FROM NOVEMBER 1 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2024

All orders placed from November 1 to November 30 can be exchanged or returned until December 31, 2024, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and condition. > Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE THE PREVIOUS PERIOD

The maximum period for exchanging or returning a product is 30 working days from the order receipt date (except for TomTom brand items, which have 15 days; these must be handled directly with the brand). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

You can exchange or request a refund if the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Please note that customized t-shirts, underwear, and socks are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Exhaust pipes, tires, and other bulky products are subject to special conditions. In this case: please consult.

No exchanges or returns are allowed for motorcycle spare parts and accessories (except in the case of manufacturing defects and/or if the item has not been opened and is in its original packaging).

To return a product that is part of a savings pack, it is essential to return all the products that make up the pack. In the case of an exchange, if the new product belongs to the same pack, it will not be necessary to return the rest of the products in the pack.

 

HOW LONG DOES AN EXCHANGE TAKE?

From the moment you send the product you wish to exchange until you receive the new one, it will take approximately 10 working days, provided the product is in stock in our warehouses.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURN?

If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed within approximately 14 days from the receipt of the product and will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, provided it is possible.

 

FREE SIZE EXCHANGE

How can I take advantage of the free size exchange?

  • When the exchange is made at a Motorama Store.
     
  • When the price of the item is equal to or greater than 150 euros. Otherwise, the exchange will cost 7.99 euros. It is important to note that only one size exchange is allowed per order.

 

OTHER EXCHANGES: TRANSPORT FEES

If the conditions for a free size exchange are not met, the following transport fees will apply for making an exchange:

If the exchange comes from ITALY, the transport fee will be 7.99€.


If the exchange comes from another EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRY, the transport fee will be 17.99€.


If the exchange comes from another NON-EU COUNTRY, the customer must handle the exchange themselves.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

It is important to note that only one size exchange will be allowed per order.

The amounts listed include the return shipping of the order to our warehouse and the new shipping to the requested address.

 

RETURNS: TRANSPORT FEES

If the return comes from ITALY, the transport fee will be 14.99€.


If the return comes from another EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRY, the transport fee will be 19.99€.


If the return comes from another NON-EU COUNTRY, the customer must handle the return themselves.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

If the customer does not pick up the package at the transport agency's pickup point after the maximum deadline has passed, the return shipping fees will be charged.

 

 

REFUND CONDITIONS

The shipping fees incurred, which will not be refunded, will be subject to the following conditions:

  • If you return the order in a Motorama Store, only the amount for the items will be refunded.

    PAYPAL RETURN SHIPPING FEE REFUND SERVICE

    Attention! Starting from November 27, 2022, PayPal will no longer refund return shipping fees.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

    The maximum period to request an exchange for a defective item is 30 working days from the order receipt date.

    Once the defective product is received, we will send you a new one. The exchange will always be for the same item or reference.

    You should note that only the initial shipment will be invoiced; the costs for retrieving the defective item and shipping the correct item will be covered by us.

    If the product has already been used, the warranty must be submitted to the supplier.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE DOES NOT MATCH THE ORDER PLACED?

    We will cover all costs, including the retrieval of the incorrect product and the delivery of the correct one.

    IMPORTANT! No merchandise will be returned until the item subject to return or exchange has been received at our warehouses, along with the condition of the packaging and its accessories.

     

    WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A CANCELLATION?

    Cancellation refers to an order that has not yet shipped from our warehouses and, therefore, has not yet arrived to the customer.

    You can cancel an exchange up to the day before the first day of the estimated delivery date. For example, if the estimated delivery date is between May 10 and May 22, you can cancel the order until May 18 at 11:59 PM, as long as the system allows it.

    The refund will be processed within approximately 15 days and will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of the order, provided it is possible.

     

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 calendar days from the delivery of the products, unless it concerns an exclusion provided by the General Consumer and User Protection Law. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Motocard Bike S.L. by completing the form found here, available for download, and sending it to the email address [email protected].

    WARRANTIES

    The warranty on all items considered durable is 2 years for orders placed until December 31, 2021, and 3 years for orders placed from January 1, 2022, in accordance with the European Directive (EU) 2019/771 of May 20, 2019.

    A warranty cannot be processed until the customer receives written acceptance from the Motocard customer service. Upon receipt of the product under warranty at Motocard, there is a maximum period of 30 days* to make the new shipment to the customer for the replacement and/or repair of the product. The product manufacturer will determine this resolution.
    *Except during holiday periods (August/December), when this period may be subject to changes.
