Outer Shell: Made of fibreglass combines with a special resin via an innovative production method of Schubert (DFP: Direct Fiber Processing), thanks to which the result is a lightweight, extraordinarily resistant helmet with maximum stability.

Interior: Very comfortable and vented interior padding thanks to a new concept of seamless lining. This padding, called ShinyTex, stands out for being very ergonomic and breathable, and is completely removable and washable.

Aerodynamics: The O1 is a silent helmet which perfectly cuts out the wind and which complies with the aerodynamic and aero acoustic requirements. Its efficiency has been tested in the wind tunnel.

Closure: The helmet relies on a double buckle closure. This type of closure provides an easy and precise setting of the retaining strap.
