TECHNICAL DETAILS:


Outer shell: Combines a perfectly aerodynamic design with excellent protection. Made in fibreglass and S.T.R.O.N.G. fibre (a special duroplastic matrix reinforced with fibreglass).

EPS Inner shell: Made of special EPS foam (exclusive to Schuberth). With a sophisticated modular structure that affords maximum impact absorption.

Ventilation: Incorporating an efficient ventilation system that can supply up to seven litres of fresh air per second when travelling at 100 km/h. With front air inlets (on the chin bar, visor and the upper part) and with an adjustable padding system in order to easily adapt the ventilation inside the helmet.

Interior: The innovative interior of the C3 Basic is spectacular, thanks to its optimised ventilation and extraction system and its excellent fit. The inner padding is made of Coolmax® fabric and are anti-allergy and anti-bacteria and can be removed and washed. The variable and adjustable padding system ensures good ventilation always, as at it can be adapted to the needs of the moment (winter/summer).

Screen: Clear screen prepared for pinlock (not included).

Screen Mechanism: The EasyChange systems allows for quick and easy changing of the screen.

Solar Visor: With a solar visor built into the shell, which can be displaced up and down to adapt the vision to the light conditions.

Chin Guard: The C3 Basic has a robust chin bar.With an extremely strong retention system that binds the chin guard to the shell of the helmet, in order to consolidate a compact unit, capable of resisting great tension.

Acoustics: Extremely silent thanks to the acoustic collar and the built-in anti-noise pad. The noise level is less than 82 db(A) at 100 km/h (on fared bikes).

Visibility: With reflective elements for greater visibility for night riding or under poor light.

Anti Roll-Off System (A.R.O.S): Specially developed by Schuberth is provided as a safety feature in every Schuberth motorcycle helmet. It works such that, provided the chinstrap is closed and correctly adjusted: 1) the helmet cannot pivot off the head from behind, 2) the risk of contact between the chin section of the helmet and the chin or neck of the rider is minimised due to the small angle of tilt and 3) the consequences of the helmet coming into contact with the chest as the result of an accident are reduced.
