Motorama.it guarantees the best market prices. If you find the same product in another store for a lower price, Motorama.it will match the price. Please note that it is only available in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden.

Procedure and conditions

You must fill out the form on this page and indicate which is the product found at a lower price and where you have seen it. If you have already purchased the product, you have to take into account that you must make the request within 30 days from the purchase date. The brand, the model, the colour and the size must be the same for both products. If the place where you have seen it has the same product but its colour is different or they are different sizes, the Minimum Price Guarantee won't be applicable. Minimum price complaints won't be accepted if the products involved are part of a Value pack. Nor will reclamations be accepted if the product in question is out of stock in another store. Claims will not be accepted if the product is from the Dainese brand and comes from Chrome Burner.

Please remember that the store where the product has been seen must offer the same services as Motorama.it (exchange conditions, returns, shipping costs, etc.) in order to carry out a real comparison of the amounts. Requests about products offered on Amazon, Ebay or similar websites won't be accepted. Once the request is received, Motorama.it will perform the relevant checks and will contact you straightaway. Bear in mind that if your request is accepted, you won't be able to make another for the same product.

In the event that the Minimum Price is accepted, we will send you a promotional code to use on our website for the amount of the difference. Please note that only one code can be used per purchase, and a minimum price code cannot be combined with a promotional code.

Motorama.it reserves the right not to accept and/or ultimately not proceed with the shipment of the item if a stock error and/or incident is detected, even if the minimum price claim process has already started.
