CLICK&COLLECT - Pickup in 2 hours!
New Click&Collect service! Now you can pick up your order after two hours at the Motocard store in Castelfranco Veneto or at Motorama Firenze (subject to availability).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Pickup within 2 hours from store opening.
Orders picked up at a Motocard store will not incur shipping fees.
The €5 discount on the next purchase is not valid for 2-hour pickups.

FREE shipping for orders over €59.
For orders under €59, the fee of the selected shipping agency will be applied.

If you want even faster shipping, there is the option to select UPS Delivery. This shipping method is subject to the availability of the requested products. If this option is not selectable, it means that one or more products are not immediately available for shipping. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of purchase confirmation.

For purchases destined for countries outside the European Union, VAT/TAX will not be applied to the displayed prices; however, you may be required to pay taxes, customs duties, or administrative fees upon delivery, depending on the destination country.

For warranty claims, you must contact Customer Service. If the item needs to be sent to the Central for inspection or repair, the shipping costs for both the return and outgoing shipping, as well as the corresponding customs fees, will be at the customer's expense.
