The Jet Stream Tourer Yu helmet is also a member of the Jet Stream helmet family, the new technological frontier in the jet stream helmet field for Dainese. The attractive graphics developed expressly for ladies match all the other items in the Yu mini-Collection while maintaining all the technical features of the Stream Tourer helmet intact. The helmet's main characteristic remains its revolutionary ventilation system. Operated directly from the visor, this mechanism is based on the contribution of air generated by the speed of the moving bike. The air that enters through the two front inlets creates a silent and continuous flow of air inside the helmet that carries humidity and heat out through the rear openings ducted into the rear part of the shell. Road tests have shown that after only 10 minutes of use, the temperature inside the Stream Tourer helmet remains constant, while the temperature inside the previous model, the D-Jet helmet increased by 4°C under the same conditions. The disappearing sun visor is another absolute novelty for Dainese Jet Stream helmets: built in polycarbon with anti-scratch treatment, this dark screen disappears inside the shell with the use of the special non-slip lock nut at the left side of the helmet. A housing for the sunglasses rod and the liner in breathable, anti-allergenic fabric complete the features of this helmet that offers the maximum comfort in every situation.
