Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. is proud to introduce to you the Off-Road Thunder exhaust line. Thunder exhausts is the ultimate off-road exhaust that brings together the experience matured with the Race-Tech line of Sportbike exhausts, from which we have taken the diamond shaped profile of the silencer, and the experience matured in the MX and Enduro Championships, of which we have maintained the manufacturing care and materials. The main feature of this new exhaust line, besides the diamond section of the silencer, is the new extended end-cap, which allows an increase of the silencing chamber without increasing the encumbrance of the silencer. The manufacturing technique of the exhaust hasn’t changed and the assembley of the pipes is done through T.I.G. welds. For the Enduro versions we have developed a new silencer structure which allows to improve the performance of the engine while remaining within the noise limits imposed by motorcycle competition federations. A new removable silencing device, similar to the one adopted in the homologated Race-Tech silencers, has been also developed for the MX exhausts. Such removable device allows a considerable reduction of the noise without affecting in a substantial way the bike’s performance. Thunder exhausts are available in titanium and aluminium.
